Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before registering for the Happy Doctor Marathon 2026.

1. Event Nature

The Happy Doctor Marathon 2026 is a non-competitive gratitude marathon organized to honor and appreciate doctors for their dedicated service to society.

It’s not a race. It is an awareness Run.
It’s a marathon of gratitude. Every step is a thank you to the doctors who never stopped running for us

You can Run, or Walk or Jog.

2. Registration

  • Registration for the Happy Doctor Marathon 2026 is completely free of charge.
  • Participants must select their event category carefully during registration.
  • Each participant may register for only one event category.
  • Registration is subject to confirmation by the organisers.
  • The organisers reserve the right to accept or reject any registration that does not comply with the event guidelines.

3. Event Categories

Participants may register for any one of the following categories:

  • 2 KM
  • 5 KM
  • 10 KM

Participants may choose only one event category.

4. Age Eligibility

There is no age restriction for participating in the Happy Doctor Marathon 2026.

  • Participants of all ages are welcome to join the event.
  • Participants below 18 years of agemust participate with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • Children below 12 yearsmust be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the event.
  • Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety and supervision of participating children.
  • Participants are advised to choose a suitable event category (2 KM, 5 KM, or 10 KM) based on their fitness level and physical ability.
  • All participants should ensure they are medically fit to take part in the event.

5. BIB Collection

  • All registered participants must collect their official BIB from the designated BIB Collection Centre.
  • Participants should carry a valid photo ID during BIB collection.
  • Details regarding BIB collection date, time, and venue will be communicated through Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
  • The organisers reserve the right to deny participation to anyone found using a BIB registered in another person’s name.

6. Medical Declaration

By registering for this event, you acknowledge that:

  • You are medically fit to participate.
  • You understand that running, jogging, or walking involves physical activity and carries certain risks.
  • You voluntarily participate at your own risk.
  • Participants with existing medical conditions, health concerns, or uncertainty about their ability to participate are advised to consult a qualified medical professional before taking part.
  • Participants must immediately inform event officials or medical personnel if they feel unwell or experience any health-related difficulty during the event.

7. Participant Responsibility

Participants agree to:

  • Follow all instructions given by the organizers.
  • Respect volunteers, officials, and fellow participants.
  • Follow the designated event route.
  • Stop immediately if instructed by event officials or medical personnel.

8. Safety

Participants understand that risks may include but are not limited to:

  • Falls
  • Contact with other participants
  • Dehydration
  • Heat and humidity
  • Road conditions
  • Crowd movement
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

The organizers will not be responsible for any injury, illness, accident, loss, or damage occurring during the event.

9. Code of Conduct

Participants must:

  • Wear appropriate sportswear.
  • Avoid carrying dangerous objects.
  • Avoid displaying political, religious, offensive, or promotional messages without organizer approval.
  • Maintain discipline throughout the event.

10. Photography & Media Consent

By participating, you grant permission to the organizers to use photographs, videos, audio recordings, and other media captured during the event for promotional, educational, marketing, social media, website, print, and future event purposes without additional consent or compensation.

11. Personal Information

The personal information submitted during registration will be used only for:

  • Event communication
  • Participant management
  • Emergency support
  • Event administration
  • Future Happy Doctor event updates


Your information will be handled responsibly by the organizers.

12. Event Changes

The organizers reserve the right to:

  • Change the event schedule.
  • Change the venue.
  • Modify the event route.
  • Postpone or cancel the event due to adverse weather, government regulations, emergencies, public safety concerns, or any unforeseen circumstances.

Participants agree to receive event-related updates through:

  • Email
  • SMS
  • WhatsApp
  • Phone calls (if required)

Please ensure that your email address and mobile number are valid and accessible.

14. Organizer's Rights

The organizers reserve the right to:

  • Modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • Reject registrations that do not comply with event guidelines.
  • Remove participants whose behavior is considered unsafe or inappropriate.

15. Acceptance

By registering for the Happy Doctor Marathon 2026, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions.
  • You voluntarily agree to abide by all event rules and regulations.
  • You participate entirely at your own responsibility.
