Happy Doctor Excellence Awards 2026 is a nomination-based recognition programme, separate from the Happy Doctor Marathon. Participation is subject to the following:
- Payment of the nomination fee (where applicable) does not guarantee shortlisting, selection, or winning of any award.
- Nomination fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Nominations may be corrected and resubmitted a maximum of two times if returned as incomplete; nominations that remain incomplete thereafter will not proceed to evaluation.
- All nominations are subject to eligibility screening; incomplete, false, or unverifiable information — including nomination letters submitted for the Gratitude Award — may result in disqualification at any stage, including after an award has been announced.
- The organisers reserve the right to withhold an award in any category where no nomination meets the required evaluation standard, and to modify category structure, evaluation process, or event details where necessary, with notice provided to affected nominees.
- This programme does not constitute a clinical, medical, or treatment-outcome endorsement of any nominee, and must not be represented as such by any nominee or winner.
- This programme does not carry any government, regulatory, or professional-body endorsement unless explicitly and separately confirmed in writing.
- Submitted information, including nomination letters, will be used solely for evaluation and award administration purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy.
