It started in 1994 with a single belief: a hospital that earns patient trust will always grow. For three decades, we did everything a hospital needs to grow — branding, digital marketing, referral networks, patient engagement, front office training, telecalling systems. We sat inside hundreds of hospitals across India. We saw what worked. And we saw, repeatedly, what didn’t.

The insurance desk could not support the ailing patients in real time. A security would be rude to a sick patient. Mostly non-clinical. Small things — but compounded across thousands of patient interactions, they silently killed the growth that marketing had worked hard to create. We had to wear the hat of a HR head, CFO even a Nursing head sometimes while we endeavoured to make a hospital RUN successfully (having entered as a Marketing agency). Many sleepless nights until AI explosion happened. So, now we are happy that we can solve the most complicated or complex operational system for hospitals making every hospital a truly happy place and the founding doctor a Happy DoctorTM.
